Umpan tekak 1: Sambal Belacan Cik Mah

Ingredients/Bahan-bahan:
  1. Red chillies/Cili Merah
  2. Shrimp paste/Belacan
  3. Salt/Garam
  4. Aji nomoto

Preparation/ Cara-cara menyediakannya:

  1. Bake your belacan for about 30 seconds to one minute.
  2. Blend red chillies and belacan
  3. Add salt & aji nomoto according to your taste.

And walla, the best side dish to go with your rice and other food.
