Mimi's Chicken Mayo

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cans of Campbell cream of chicken sup
  2. 1 can of button mushroom
  3. 2 table spoon of Mayonnaise
  4. Broccoli
  5. Ginger
  6. Parmesan Cheese
  7. Chicken ( Breast only)
  8. Pita Bread

Preparation:

  1. Cook your cream of chicken then add in the mayonnaise
  2. Boil broccoli, button mushroom.
  3. Boil chicken breast with ginger
  4. Slice all the boiled ingredients.
  5. Put all the ingredients in a big pan, pour the cream of chicken mayonnaise in it.
  6. Spread pepper and parmesan cheese on top
  7. Bake for 20 minutes
  8. And scoop the baked chicken mayo into your pocket pita bread.
