Finger Food: Faezah's Ebiko Bread Sushi Roll







Ingredients:
  1. 500g ebiko/telur ikan wane oren yg kecik2 tu, bleh minta kat kaunter sushi in hypermarket
  2. mayonnaise
  3. a dozen of crabsticks (each crabstick cut into 3)
  4. white bread (each has to be cut into two)
  5. carrot (slice thinly)
  6. cucumber (slice thinly)
  7. seaweeds
Preparation (exactly how faezah explained to me in her message):

  1. roti yg sudah dipotong di alas dgn seaweed (seaweed di sapu sedikit mayonis utk lekatkan kepada roti),
  2. kemudian sapukan sedikit mayonis+ebiko yg dicampurkan td mengikut kesukaan (byk atau sikit),
  3. kemudian letakkan bahan lain seperti isi ketam yg telah dipotong ikut kesukaan, hirisan timun dan carrot..... gulungkan roti tersebut dan letak ke pinggan.
  4. *** kemudian, masuk ke mulut dan merasa kenikmatannya... hahhahahahahhahahaha (lu kena buat n wa kena rasa)

i learned this recipe 1st hand with faez & keker last year. its the best finger food ever and taste very close to california roll. heheh thanks faez... ;)
