Ingredients:
- 500g ebiko/telur ikan wane oren yg kecik2 tu, bleh minta kat kaunter sushi in hypermarket
- mayonnaise
- a dozen of crabsticks (each crabstick cut into 3)
- white bread (each has to be cut into two)
- carrot (slice thinly)
- cucumber (slice thinly)
- seaweeds
Preparation (exactly how faezah explained to me in her message):
- roti yg sudah dipotong di alas dgn seaweed (seaweed di sapu sedikit mayonis utk lekatkan kepada roti),
- kemudian sapukan sedikit mayonis+ebiko yg dicampurkan td mengikut kesukaan (byk atau sikit),
- kemudian letakkan bahan lain seperti isi ketam yg telah dipotong ikut kesukaan, hirisan timun dan carrot..... gulungkan roti tersebut dan letak ke pinggan.
- *** kemudian, masuk ke mulut dan merasa kenikmatannya... hahhahahahahhahahaha (lu kena buat n wa kena rasa)
i learned this recipe 1st hand with faez & keker last year. its the best finger food ever and taste very close to california roll. heheh thanks faez... ;)
